The newer version is Redsn0w 0.9.13dev4 and it is Tethered that jailbreaks A4 devices that are running on iOS 6 GM.

The “dev4” version covers all the betas and 6.0 GM seed. There are some issues remaining with Cydia and fundamental modules like PreferenceLoader, so it remains an openssh-styledeveloper-only release for now!
